What is the duration of this campaign?

The campaign will run for 4 months starting from 3rd April to 2nd August 2017.

How do I take part in this campaign?

The following are the ways in which you may take part in this campaign:

New Customers

  • Open a Pure Save account and deposit GHS 500 or multiples of  GHS 500 into the account to qualify
  • Every deposit of GHS 500 earns the customer a coupon and qualifies them to be entered into a Weekly Bonanza a chance to win GHS 10,000 in the monthly draw
  • 4 deposits of GHS 500 or every deposit of GHS 2,000 earns the customer a Money Zone coupon and qualifies  them to be entered into GHS 100,000 draw at the end of the campaign
  • Any deposit made as part of the campaign must be kept with the bank for 4 months starting from the date of deposit
  • Cash prizes will be paid into the customers’ account and will only be redeemable after 4 months.

Existing Customers

  • Deposit GHS 500 or multiples of GHS 500 into your existing Pure Save Account to qualify
  • Every deposit of GHS 500 earns the customer a coupon and qualifies them to be entered into a Weekly Bonanza and a chance to win GHS 10,000 in the monthly draw
  • 4 deposits of GHS 500 or every deposit of GHS 2,000 earns the customer a Money Zone coupon and qualifies them to be entered into GHS 100,000 draw at the end of the campaign 
  • Any deposit made as part of the campaign must be kept with the bank for 4 months starting from the date of deposit
  • Cash prizes will be paid into the customer’s account and will only be redeemable after 4 months

How do I redeem my prize?

Cash prizes will be paid into the customer’s account immediately but they will only have access to the funds after 4 months.

Do I qualify if I transfer money from my Stanbic current account into my Pure Save account?

Yes. Funds transfered into a Pure Save account as campaign funds would be locked for 4 months.  If an existing salaried account holder wishes to open a savings account and be moving money by standing order every month, he or she must sign up to the terms and conditions to qualify.

Do I have access to the funds in my Pure Save account?

No. All funds deposited into the pure save account for the campaign will be locked / marked for the duration of the campaign unless a customer opts out of the campaign.

Can an existing customer have his or her funds locked as campaign funds?

No. Only new funds are acceptable as campaign funds.

Campaign Prizes

Final Draw Prizes:
Mega Reward of GHS 100, 000.00.

Gold Reward - 5 Gold Coins for top five highest depositors.

Monthly Draw Prizes

GHS 10,000.00 investment rewards to be won monthly and redeemable four months after

the Campaign Period.

 

Weekly Draw Prizes

Corporate gifts and GHS 40,000.00 worth of Chocolates to be won by Campaign

participants.

Announcement of Winners

a. At the end of the last working day of each Campaign month, the mega winner and the other gold prize winners would be declared;

b. The Monthly Draw winner with a minimum deposit of GHS 2,000.00 shall be determined at the end of each month during the Campaign Period; and

c. The Weekly Draw winners with a deposit of GHS500 for the week shall be determined at the end of each week during the Campaign Period.

Terms and Conditions

1.            Eligible Participants

Only Existing and New Pure Save account holders who:

1.1   deposit GHS 500 or multiples of GHS 500.00 into their accounts; and

1.2 deposit 4 separate deposits of GHS 500 or every deposit of GHS 2,000.00 earns the a Money Zone coupon and qualifies them to be entered into the GHS 100,000 draw at the end of the Campaign Period (Money Zone coupons also form part of the Monthly draws).

1.3 Every deposit of GHS 500.00 earns the customer a coupon and qualifies them to be entered into a Monthly draw and the Mega draw.

1.4 Any deposit made as part of the Campaign must be kept with the bank for 4 months commencing from the date of deposit. Once a customer agrees to take part in the Campaign, a deposit received on the last day of Campaign must remain in the customer’s account for 4 months.

1.5 Cash prizes will be paid into the customers’ account and will only be redeemable after four months.

2.            Eligible Amounts

The Eligible Participant must deposit and maintain a minimum of GHS 500.00 or more in their Pure Save account and top up same during the Campaign Period.

3.            No Withdrawals During Campaign

Eligible Participants shall not withdraw funds from their Pure Save Accounts during the Campaign Period.

4.           Determination of Prize Winners

4.1          Final Draw Prize Winner

Eligible Participants who deposit a minimum GHS 2,000.00 in their Pure Save accounts during the Campaign Period shall be entered into a mega draw to be run on the National Lottery Authority platform. The first winner will receive GHS 100, 000.00 and five other selected participants shall each win a gold coin for being the highest depositors. It is a condition that the first prize winner hereby consents to the Bank using their images and expressions for marketing purposes.

4.2          Monthly Prizes

An Eligible Participant with a minimum of GHS500.00 in their Pure Save account for each month of the Campaign Period will be eligible for the Monthly draw for the relevant month.

4.3          An Eligible Participant with a minimum balance of GHS500.00 in their Pure Save account each week of the Campaign Period will be eligible for the weekly draw for the relevant week.

4.4          Draws

All draws shall be conducted under the strict supervision of the National Lottery Authority. Weekly draws shall be held at all branches of the Bank. Monthly and Final draws shall be held at the Stanbic Heights under the supervision of NLA.

4.5          Redemption of Prizes

All prizes are redeemable immediately after each draw except cash prizes which shall only be redeemable four months after the end of the Campaign. It is a further condition that prizes cannot be transferred, assigned or delegated to a third party.

5.            General Conditions

5.1          Where any ambiguity is in this terms and conditions of this Campaign, the Bank shall solely be responsible for providing clarity and any clarification provided by the Bank shall be final.

 

5.2          In the event of any dispute an eligible participant shall seek redress from the Bank and the Bank’s decision shall be final.

5.3          A participant shall only become eligible if only they pass the Bank’s know-your-customer conditions.

5.4          The Bank shall keep all deposits made by participants highly confidential.

5.5          A participant involved in any acts of dishonesty, fraud or any crime shall be automatically disqualified.

5.6          The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any person who intends to participate in the Campaign.

5.7          Any participant who tries to game the Campaign so as to increase their chances to win through unacceptable means shall be disqualified.

5.8          If a participant withdraws from the Campaign, he or she loses the right to win any of the Campaign prizes.
